Shipping Policy

Ruwag makes use of Royal Mail and DPD Overnight for all of the parcels we ship to you.

We make use of three shipping options, which you can choose from at check-out. We compensate a portion of your shipping fee based on the total value of goods purchased in the cart at check-out.

• Royal Mail 1st Class (RM24)
• Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays for orders placed before 3pm on a Friday
• Royal Mail 2nd Class (RM 48)
• Delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays
• DPD Overnight On-Site Delivery
• We offer timed and trackable next day delivery 

  Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Fridays for next day deliveries
  Any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will only be shipped on a Monday
